If you are the account holder or the administrator, you can email support@vixverify.com with your name and organisation and details of your query and we will be able to assist. This includes questions such as:
- In which countries is greenID Business available?
- Can I add greenID Business to my existing greenID account?
- How do I order greenID Business?
- How do I add users to greenID Business?
If you are not the account holder or administrator you need to contact your local administrator or support team for assistance.
greenID Business uses the greenID Admin Panel interface. For help on features in that interface which are not covered in this greenID Business User Guide please refer to the Admin Panel Guide.
