What is happening?

The greenID Admin panel login page is changing . No other Admin Panel pages are changingto allow customers to connect to our new configurable Sign Sign On (SSO) service. For more information about SSO click here. The change to the login page will not impact any other greenID functionality.

When is it happening?

June 2024. A date will be added to this page when it’s confirmed.

How will the login process

work?

The way you sign in login workflow will change slightly (see screens below) to:

1. enter your email address

2. enter your password

3. perform authentication checks (2-FA and / or recaptcha)

4. greenID admin panel page will display

Does this

impact any other parts of the login process?

Any additional Yes. All actions that occur on the login screen (forgot password, require a user to login such as creating and resetting passwords and first time login, reset expired password) will also use these new screens.

Will this impact my login page configuration?

No, your . The existing configuration on the login page (logo, authentication checks etc) will be applied to the new login screen.

Why is this changing?

greenID is introducing Single Sign On capability. As part of this work, the login process is changing. Single Sign On is a configurable feature - for more information and how you can use it please review our SSO Overview page.
