This template is to be used if you have the Australian Death Check Service enabled on its own using the Rule ID of: ACD
Column Name | Required | Description |

Rule | Yes | Tells greenID to specifically process the batch against this ruleset. |
ME_ID | No | You can optionally predefine your own reference numbers. Reference numbers must be unique. If a duplicate reference number already exists on your account, then a unique reference number will be created. |
First_Name | Yes | The person's first name. |
Middle_Name | No | The person's middle name(s). |
Last_Name | Yes | The person's last name. |
DOB | Yes | The person's date of birth. |
doAustralianDeathCheck | Yes | Needs to be set to TRUE for the record to be checked against the Australian Death Check service. |
