The greenID Admin panel login page is changing from June 2024. The change does not impact other parts of the login process. More details below.
What is happening?
The greenID Admin panel login page is changing. No other Admin Panel pages are changing.
When is it happening?
June 2024. A date will be added to this page when it’s confirmed.
Will the login process change?
The way you sign in will change slightly (see screens below):
enter your email address
enter your password
perform authentication checks (2-FA and / or recaptcha)
greenID admin panel page will display
Does this change other parts of the login process?
Any additional actions that occur on the login screen (forgot password, first time login, reset expired password) will also use these new screens.
Will this impact my login page configuration?
No, your existing configuration on the login page (logo, authentication checks etc) will be applied to the new login screen.
Why is this changing?
greenID is introducing Single Sign On capability. As part of this work, the login process is changing. Single Sign On is a configurable feature - for more information and how you can use it please review our SSO Overview page.
