Instructions: greenID_import_template

This template is to be used if you have a data base where the address details are stored in an Address 1 format.

All columns to be completed with the exception of the email address (optional).

ME_ID – This column contains the unique reference number.

Address_1 - Must be in the format of: Unit number (optional) + streetnumber + streetname + street type

DOB – must be in the format of dd/mm/yyyy

Country – Must be either Australia or New Zealand
