Info

The greenID Test environment is connected to the ConnectID Sandbox environment which allows customers to test the full verification journey using ConnectID. This works with and without stubs enabled.

Address Testing: The address field uses Loqate type ahead address. To test with a valid address (and receive a match result), it is recommended that you register with your own test data with one of the mock banks. This will allow you to use the type ahead address capability and receive a match on a valid address.

Steps to run a test

This is a example only using stubs mode for a rule that required 2 data sources

  1. Register in Hosted with one of the identity owners provided above.

  1. On the interactive screen, select ConnectID.

  1. On the selector screen, click on the bank that is associated with the identity owner.

  1. Provide the credentials on the login screen.

  1. Confirm consent.

  1. Redirect to Hosted.

  1. Attempt Driver’s Licence using stubs data.

  1. Complete verification

Testing Using a Mobile Application

To test the flow where the identity provider has an application:

Adding your own test data

Customer wanting to use their own test data can create a record in any of the Mock Bank providers by clicking on the ‘register’ button. (See example screen below). Once an account has been created it is persistent, so can be used for subsequent testing.

Use a valid mobile number and email address for signup

Note that a valid email address and mobile phone number must be used during mock account registration. Tokens will be sent to these addresses as part of the Mock IDP registration process, and the user must be able to enter the token values to complete the account creation process.
